Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
